Hello! I'm back to blog! Sorry if I haven't been updating for a while. You know, sometimes laziness creeps in. And of course, a good excuse will be I'm busy, which I was rather I guess.

Oh, anyway, here's a glimpse of what happened in camp recently. Please watch the VCR. LOL.

VCR plays...

Ran 15km last Friday at MacRitchie Reservoir.
Ran 15km outcamp run on the following Tuesday.
Total: 30km conquered in 5 days!!!

End of VCR.

Hahaha...

Actually that was supposed to be AHM training. Yeah, then I realised I have guard duty on 25th Aug which is a Sat!! The AHM is Sunday. So I won't be taking part. Oh shucks, there goes another medal. But the bad news is I still need to continue with the trainings. Next Friday 18km run at East Coast Park. Hohoho.

Oh, and outfield exercise next week. "Great".

Anyway, I guess I'm picking up pretty well, as in my mood and everything. Trying hard to control my complictating thoughts.

But it's ok. I'm happy for now.

Cos I have her with me.

Dear, thanks for spending the night with me.
Feels great to hold you in my arms.
And cradle you to sleep.
Though I think I fell asleep first. Lol. =P

And one of my dreams came true.
To wake up and find your loved one right beside you. =)

So sweet!! Yr dream came true.. Really pays to have a gf..haha.

Anyway its really cool that things are picking up for u. Persistence conquers all :D

As for the runs, Im sure everyone has had their times. Its tiring and all but I much rather run than go outfield. I hope thats the case for u too. Running helps destress and all too, v good activity. But of cos dun cheong too much and all that. Do it at a healthy pace.

And as for yr outfield, as I said, treat it as a walk in the woods, visiting Mother Nature.

The army days are passing pretty smoothly. The day of liberation approaches... ;)
