Hey yo. Back again yo.
Hmm, let's see. It's been a rocky day for me today. Had a little tiff with her. Actually I think this kind of thing is part and parcel of a relationship? Lol. I mean I'm having a first hand experience. So yeah, perhaps it's a challenge I must overcome, be it how many times I'm posed with. But I'm glad it's all sorted out for now.
Ok, so let's see. It's a Saturday and I couldn't stand spending my Saturdays at home. I mean, hello, it's a Saturday!!! A prime day of the week. Of course it should be spent eventfully and wisely. Sad to say, army has deprived me of making much eventful moments out of my bookout times. I wish I could have more time to do more things.
It's funny. I met up with my clique of secondary school good friends a few days back. I found myself lost in their conversations. I mean, I find it hard to blend in. They seem to know so a lot of stuff that I don't know. I felt like so offbeat about what's going on. Especially campus life which I haven't stepped into yet. Seems intriguing. I admit I feel a bit left out and neglected cos I can't really connect to what they were talking about.
But it's ok. If there's something I have learnt since army, it is to not compare myself with others. It's like running. You run your own pace. And you can still make it. If you believe you can. =)
Haha ok. I was carried away. I am supposed to blog about what happened today yea? So yea, I drove my younger sis to town. I wanted to go out to have a walk. You know, just look around. Then we decided to dine at this Japanese restaurant at Taka. The restaurant's called Aji Tei I think. The food's there are really damn nice. And I'm saying this even when I'm not a fan of Japanese cuisine. The desserts were especially tasty. My sis actually teared while eating, just because the dessert was super good. Yeah, it's that exaggerating but I'm not kidding. Here are some pics...

While in the car... some wacky photo-takings..
This is not the full package that we ordered. I just couldn't wait to take a pic of the food. They are absolutely cheesy(literally) and sumptuous!

Sipping on the green tea the sexy way.. lol.
My sis enjoying her meal.. haha.
The desserts we ordered. DAMN NICE.
A close-up shot of the dessert I ate..
Oh well, looks like I have one more nice gourmet place to add to my favourite food hunt list. Wahaha. Now you know why I enjoy my bookout times.
And always remember, a hungry man is an angry man. =P

Dun feel left out to what they are talking about. It happens, but instead of feeling left out, maybe u can ask them more about the things u shld know. BE a KPO nosey-parker and ask all that u can.
Aji Tei is like damn good la. If Im not wrong, there's another branch at Parco Bugis, next to Fish & Co. Most of the cheesy and eggy stuff there are good. The desserts are must-eats too...
Wow she teared while eating. Must have been exceptionally good.
And I JUST LOVE the Green Tea Matcha.. Damn nice lo... This is a must-remember spot
